Make Your Outdoors
Your Favourite Place
Custom awnings and carports, designed, built and installed.
Make more of the space around your home.
The right outdoor structure can change how you use your property.
An awning can turn an exposed patio into a comfortable place to relax and entertain. A carport can protect your vehicles while giving your driveway a more finished, practical look.
At EJ Projects, we design and install awnings and carports around the property, rather than treating them as standard structures added afterwards.
We consider the space, the existing home, how you use the area, and what you want the finished result to achieve.

Shade, shelter, and more comfortable outdoor living.

Awnings and carports may be where many projects begin, but they're not all we do.
EJ Projects also creates and enhances the outdoor spaces around your home, helping individual elements work together as one considered environment.

Paving

Landscaping
Gardens and planting that soften, frame, and complete the space.
Your outdoor space doesn't have to be tackled one piece at a time.
Sometimes the best result comes from looking at the whole property.
A new carport can connect with the driveway. An awning can extend an entertainment area. Paving can create a natural transition into the garden. Landscaping can soften the structure and bring the space together.
If your project involves more than one area, EJ Projects can help you consider how everything should work together.
From a single awning or carport to a complete outdoor transformation, we can help you make better use of the space you have.

Experience that shows in the finished result.
For more than 20 years, EJ Projects has been creating and enhancing outdoor spaces across Durban and KwaZulu-Natal.
That experience matters when you're adding a structure to an existing home.
We understand that an awning or carport needs to do more than provide cover. It needs to work with the property, suit the space, and stand up to everyday use.
Our approach is practical and considered from the first conversation through to the finished installation.
